Ordering & configuring
Can I order custom furniture online?
Yes — you configure your piece entirely online through our 3D configurator: dimensions to the millimetre, decor, finish, interior layout, handles and base. The price updates live.
How much does custom furniture cost?
The price depends on the dimensions, decor and options of your piece. It shows live in the configurator and recalculates with every adjustment — you know the exact price before ordering, with no quote and no waiting.
Which decors and finishes do you offer?
Quality melamine decor panels: wood-effect decors (oak, walnut…) and plain colours, with matching edging. Everything can be previewed in 3D in the configurator, on your piece and at your dimensions.
Manufacturing & lead times
What are the lead times?
Allow under 2 weeks from order confirmation. Each piece is cut, machined and prepared to order in our workshop in Saint-Savin (Nord-Isère, 38).
Is the flat-pack kit hard to assemble?
No, it's designed for easy assembly: delivered pre-drilled, screws included, with illustrated instructions specific to your piece. Allow a few hours depending on the size.
Delivery & installation
Do you deliver throughout France?
Yes, we deliver all of our configurable furniture throughout mainland France, flat-pack with instructions specific to your piece.
Do you install furniture at home?
Yes — our team delivers and installs your furniture in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. Outside the region, installation is available on request — write to us and we'll get back to you quickly.
How is the delivery cost calculated?
It is calculated at the delivery step, based on your address and the option chosen (flat-pack or delivered & installed). It appears in the total before payment.
Warranty & returns
What is the warranty?
Each piece is checked in the workshop before packing, and your furniture is guaranteed until it is delivered to your home. If there's a problem on arrival, we replace the part concerned. Statutory warranties of conformity and against hidden defects apply.
Can I return a piece of furniture?
Standard flat-pack furniture qualifies for the 14-day right of withdrawal. Fully bespoke (custom-made) furniture is excluded (article L221-28) as it is made to your specifications.
