General Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose
These terms and conditions govern the sale of furniture (custom-made and flat-pack) and fitted-furniture services concluded on the Casavoilà website with private and professional customers. Casavoilà is a brand of AB CONCEPTION, the seller within the meaning of these terms.
2. Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is made online. For custom work, the configuration approved in the 3D configurator (dimensions, decor, options) prevails.
3. Prices & payment
Prices are in euros, incl. VAT, displayed and recalculated live in the configurator: they are firm at the time of ordering. Payment is made by bank card. Payment in instalments is available.
4. Manufacturing & lead times
Furniture is made to order at our Saint-Savin (Isère) workshop, with an indicative lead time of 2 weeks before dispatch or installation. Lead times may vary depending on the workshop's workload.
5. Delivery & installation
Flat-pack delivery throughout mainland France by carrier; delivery and installation by our team in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes (outside the region: installation on request). The balance of the order is settled upon signature of the delivery note. See the Delivery & contact page.
6. Right of withdrawal
For standard flat-pack furniture, the customer has a 14-day period (art. L221-18 of the French Consumer Code). Custom-made / personalised furniture is excluded from this right (art. L221-28).
7. Warranties
Our furniture is covered by the statutory warranties of conformity and against hidden defects.
