Data collected
Via the contact form and your orders: name, email, phone, delivery address, project description. With your consent (cookie banner): anonymous audience measurement (pages viewed, approximate city/country derived from your IP address, device type, referring site) — we never retain your IP address itself, nor your identity. No sensitive data is requested.
Purposes
To respond to your enquiries, process your orders, handle order tracking and the customer relationship, and — with your consent — understand site traffic to improve it. We never resell data to third parties, and use no third-party analytics service (no Google Analytics): audience measurement is carried out with our own tools. Your data is however processed by the providers required to deliver the service: Hetzner (site hosting), OVH (file storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (order emails) and Sendcloud (shipping), all located in the European Union or bound by equivalent contractual safeguards.
Retention period
Contact data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request, then archived in accordance with legal obligations (accounting/commercial periods). Audience measurement data is kept for a maximum of 13 months.
Cookies
The site uses strictly necessary cookies (cart, language) and, only after your explicit agreement via the banner shown on arrival, a first-party audience measurement cookie. You can change your choice at any time via the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of the page.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object. To exercise them: bonjour@casavoila.com. You may also refer the matter to the CNIL.
