Delivery in France
Furniture configured to the millimetre, shipped flat-pack throughout mainland France by carrier — provided it comes apart.
Fees shown before payment.
Delivered & installed
In Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, our team delivers and installs your furniture at home. Outside the region: installation on request.
Lead times
Your furniture is made within 4 working days at the Saint-Savin (Isère) workshop, then handed to the carrier or loaded for fitting. You are delivered within two weeks at the latest — fitting included when our own team comes out, on a date agreed with you. Manufacturing sits inside that window, it is not added to it. You're kept informed at every step.

Fees & terms
- ✓Flat-pack delivery throughout mainland France, by carrier, for every piece that comes apart.
- ✓Fitted or fully assembled pieces : kitchens, islands, bathroom units, under-slope units and signature pieces assembled in the workshop do not come apart: our own team brings and installs them, within Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. Elsewhere in France, write to us: we quote the transport case by case, before anything is built.
- ✓Shipping fees calculated by volume, shown before payment.
- ✓Reinforced packaging + order tracking up to delivery.
- ✓Delivered & installed by our team in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes; outside the region, installation on request.

Returns & withdrawal
The Stockroom pieces, already made and sold as they are, are the only items that qualify for the 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt (article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code).
Furniture ordered through the configurator, flat-pack or assembled, is, in accordance with article L221-28, excluded from the right of withdrawal as it is made to your measurements. A mistake on our part remains covered by the legal guarantee of conformity: a damaged or non-conforming part is taken back or replaced. We also take particular care over the 3D approval before manufacturing begins.
