Lead times, warranty, returns
What is the lead time for a Casavoilà custom bookcase?+
Allow around 2 weeks from the confirmation of your order. Each piece is cut and assembled to order in our workshop in Saint-Savin (Isère), then delivered to your home anywhere in mainland France. In Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, our team also installs it for you.
What warranty covers this bookcase?+
Every bookcase is checked at the workshop before shipping and guaranteed up to delivery, on top of the statutory warranties of conformity and hidden defects. If a problem is found on receipt, we repair or replace the part concerned.
Can this bookcase be returned?+
Standard flat-pack bookcases qualify for the 14-day legal right of withdrawal from receipt (article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code). Fully bespoke furniture (custom dimensions and options) is, however, excluded by law, as it is made specifically to your specifications. That's why we take particular care over the 3D approval before manufacturing.
