A walk-in wardrobe built to your dimensions, configured online

It depends on its size. If it fits in a parcel, your wardrobe is made within 4 working days of your order, in our workshop in Saint-Savin (Isère), then handed to the carrier who delivers it anywhere in mainland France: allow two weeks at most between your order and receiving it. In Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, our team can also deliver and fit it, by appointment and within that same period. This is how larger models travel; elsewhere in France, they are delivered on quotation.

Your wardrobe is checked at the workshop before shipping, then guaranteed for 10 years on its structure and 5 years on its moving hardware against any manufacturing defect, on top of the statutory warranties of conformity and hidden defects. A defect must be reported within two months of its discovery, with your order number and photos: if it is covered, we remake the part. Terms and exclusions: article 7 bis of our terms of sale.

No: a Casavoilà wardrobe is built to your measurements, flat-pack or delivered assembled — so it is excluded from the right of withdrawal (article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code). If the mistake is ours — a damaged part, a wrong dimension or décor — we take back or replace what is wrong, under the legal guarantee of conformity. That is also why we take particular care over the 3D approval before manufacturing.
