Lead times, warranty, returns
What is the lead time for a custom TV unit from Casavoilà?+
Allow around 2 weeks from the confirmation of your order. Each piece is cut and assembled to order in our workshop in Saint-Savin (Isère), then delivered to your home anywhere in mainland France. In Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, our team also installs it for you.
What warranty comes with this TV unit?+
Every TV unit is checked at the workshop before shipping and guaranteed up to delivery, on top of the statutory warranties of conformity and hidden defects. If a problem is found on receipt, we repair or replace the part concerned.
Can this TV unit be returned?+
Standard flat-pack TV units qualify for the legal 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt (article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code). Fully bespoke furniture (custom dimensions and options), however, is excluded by law, as it is made specifically to your specifications. That's why we take particular care over the 3D approval before manufacturing.
