Allow two weeks at most between the workshop confirming your layout and the fitting: building it takes 4 working days, the rest is agreeing a date with you. Each piece is cut and assembled to order in our workshop in Saint-Savin (Isère), then brought and fitted by our own team, within Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes: a unit cut to the angle of your roofline is not shipped flat-packed. Elsewhere in France, write to us: we look at transport and fitting before anything is built.

Every sloped-ceiling unit is checked at the workshop before shipping, then guaranteed for 10 years on its structure and 5 years on its moving hardware against any manufacturing defect, on top of the statutory warranties of conformity and hidden defects. A defect must be reported within two months of its discovery, with your order number and photos: if it is covered, we remake the part. Terms and exclusions: article 7 bis of our terms of sale.

An under-slope unit is built to your exact measurements, to the angle of your own roofline: it counts as goods made to the consumer's specifications, which the law excludes from the 14-day right of withdrawal (article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code), as it does any goods made to the consumer's specifications. That is exactly why the workshop checks your two measurements and approves the 3D layout before a single cut is made — and why this piece is not bought in one click. Your statutory warranties of conformity and against hidden defects remain untouched.
